Utility Rates
Billing and Due Dates:
- If your bill is mailed out on the 3rd, it will be due on the 20th of the same month.
- If your bill is mailed out on the 17th, it will be due on the 5th of the following month.
- If your billing date lands on a weekend or holiday, the due date will be the following business day.
Late Payment Penalties:
- Due dates are the 5th and 20th each month. This is dependent on your location on your reading routes and cannot be changed.
- Bills are due by 5 pm on your due date. This is not dependent on your payment method.
- Late fee is 10%
Disconnects For Non-Payment:
- A $50 flat-fee will show up on your bill as a service charge for late payment. The $50 will be charged if you are ten days past due and still carry an unpaid balance over $50.00. We do not require you to pay an additional deposit to be reconnected; however, you will be responsible for your past due balance in addition to the $50 service charge.

Payment Plans:
We offer a 3-month payment plan to those who are struggling to pay utility bills. This will take your entire past-due balance and spread it out over three months in addition to your current bills to help catch up. If you miss an installment, your past-due balance is then due immediately or you are subject to disconnection.
