The Residential Single Family Building Permit is for single family homes, patio homes, and duplex units.

Please Note: All plans that are submitted for review MUST be at least 1/8″ scale.
Complete the PDF application form and either deliver it to Nixa City Hall or scan and email to planning@nixa.com.
