City Council Meeting – Email Meeting

This meeting is to be held via electronic mail. Members of Council will vote on the approval of this Council Bill by sending an e-mail to the City Clerk. The City Clerk must receive the vote between 12:00 p.m. through 1:00 p.m. for the Council Member’s vote to be counted. The Original Bill will require a vote to pass. The Amended Bill will require a first and second motion to approve the amendment. The Amended Bill will also require a first and second motion and vote to pass. The City Clerk will announce the results of the vote via e-mail to the Mayor and Members of Council. Members of the public may observe the submission of e-mails at City Hall.
