The Human Resources Department works to fill job openings, administers personnel policies, handles pay and classification issues, coordinates benefits, processes employee complaints/appeals, and coordinates compliance with American Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Federal & State Regulations, and manages workers compensation. Title VI Ordinance

The City of Nixa is committed to ensuring that the fundamental principles of equal opportunity are upheld in all decisions involving our employees and contractors/consultants, and to ensuring that the residents, businesses, and visitors of our City are afforded access to our programs and services.
