Use this form to apply for a permit to build any accessory structures. Sheds must meet our setback requirements of 5 feet from the side, 6 feet from the back, and 5 feet from any other structure. We recommend you review the shed guidelines prior to submitting your permit application. Please Note: The City of Nixa is *Not* responsible for the removal or replacement of structures placed in an easement.
