How to Transfer Nixa Utilities Service to a New Address

Nixa Utilities customers (residential, commercial, or industrial) may use the fillable form below to transfer their service to a different address when they move from any address served by Nixa Utilities to any other address served by Nixa Utilities. This allows you to keep the same account without needing to pay an additional deposit as you would if you were a new customer.

The following is required to transfer service:

Picture ID
Information for anyone over the age of 18 that will be living at the address (see application)
Passed rental inspection (Residential Rental Properties Only).
Payment for account balance. (cash, check, money order and debit/credit card)

**ANY PAST DUE BALANCE MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO TRANSFER. ANY FINAL BILLING BALANCE FROM PREVIOUS ADDRESS WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO NEW ACCOUNT**
