Tim Hammer Certified As Utilities Specialist

Congratulations to Tim Hammer, Tree Trimmer Foreman for the city, for becoming a Certified Utilities Specialist through the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). Tim has been with the city’s electric department since March 2022 and brought with him an abundance of knowledge. After studying and passing his test through the International Society of Arboriculture, Tim now has even more credentials in electrical line clearance, electrical pruning, as well as public relations. We are very fortunate to have him and his expertise in the city.
