Kelby Creek Phase 4

This subdivision will will be split into a Phase 4A and a Phase 4B. 4A will feature 21 buildable lots in the Kelby Creek Subdivision.

Kelby Creek 4A features 21 buildable lots. Infrastructure has been put in place. Site has seed & straw.

Willow Brook plans have been approved and a preconstruction meeting has been held. Crews can start construction.

Phase 4 is under review. This phase will consist of 78 single-family residential lots.

Meadowbrook Phase 3 has a final plat recorded with the City of Nixa. Construction of houses anticipated to begin soon.
