This subdivision will be split into a Phase 4A and a Phase 4B. 4A will feature 21 buildable lots in the Kelby Creek Subdivision. All public improvements necessary for the building of homes in Phase 4A are completed.

Phase 4A features 21 buildable lots, with additional lots available in a future phase. Phase 4A is considered complete.
