Project Summary
This undeveloped park features 52 acres of land and is located on the northwest corner of Hwy AA and Owen Rd. Initial design has been completed and now an RFQ for gravel parking and trails.
The Eoff Family donated their family’s century farm land to the City of Nixa with the vision that it become a city park.
This undeveloped park features 52 acres of land and is located on the northwest corner of Hwy AA and Owen Rd. The park has an initial design completed in December 2022 and now is going through an RFQ for a gravel parking lot & trails.

Gravel Parking Lot & Trails
An RFQ is out for the construction of a gravel parking lot and some gravel trails on the property. This will allow City Staff to open the portions of the property as a nature area for hiking, running, and to enjoy nature on the trails.
The RFQ closes on March 4th. Following the RFQ process, staff will have a better understanding of a completion timeline.
