Nixa Utility Bills – Email Change

Your 𝗡𝗶𝘅𝗮 𝗨𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹 will now come from an email address that more clearly represents our organization.

Starting on, Wednesday, April 1st, bills will come from 𝗡𝗶𝘅𝗮𝗨𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀@𝗻𝗶𝘅𝗮.𝗰𝗼𝗺.

We hope this change will provide customers with a more familiar and trusted point of contact. Late notices and some other communication will still come from our billing partners’ domain 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆@𝗯𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱.𝗰𝗼𝗺.

Business license information and some other finance-related emails will come from 𝗻𝗼-𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆@𝗻𝗶𝘅𝗮.𝗰𝗼𝗺

Please make sure your email is set to accept these new emails so they don’t end up in spam.
