Swim Team Coach (Split)

We are seeking a friendly, experienced Swim Team Coach to join our program for the summer season. This position provides instruction and coaching to swimmers of all skill levels—from beginners to competitive athletes—while fostering a positive, inclusive, and motivating team environment. The coach will help swimmers develop proper technique, improve performance, set and achieve personal goals, and build confidence in the water.

Schedule & Season:

Practices: Monday–Thursday mornings, 7:45–9:15 AM

Swim meets: Once per week at various locations

Season dates: May 26 – July 10

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic coach who enjoys working with youth and supporting swimmer development at every level.

Compensation:
Split pay structure (70/30)
