Special City Council Meeting

Electronic Meeting via E-Mail This meeting is to be held via electronic mail. Members of Council will vote on the approval of this Resolution by sending an e-mail to the City Clerk. The City Clerk must receive the vote between 12:00 PM through 1:00 PM for the Councilmember’s vote to count. The City Clerk will announce the results of the vote via e-mail to the Mayor and Members of the Council. Members of the Public may observe the submission of emails at City Hall. The Meeting will be considered adjourned when the Clerk has announced the results of the vote.
