Use this online form to apply for either a residential or commercial fence permit. We recommend you review the fence guidelines prior to submitting your permit application. Fences can be constructed in a Utility Easement. Property owner WILL BE responsible for the cost of repair/replacement in the event removal is required for access to maintain utility infrastructure. Fences are NOT allowed to be placed in a Drainage Easement except in conformance with Section 105-60. (Refer to Fence Guidelines)
