Willow Brook will consist of 94 Patio-home lots. Crews have been working on getting the site ready for public infrastructure.

Willow Brook plans have been approved and a preconstruction meeting has been held. Crews can start construction.

Phase 4 is under review. This phase will consist of 78 single-family residential lots.
