We cannot perform the inspection the same day you submit a request. It will be at least 24 hours before we inspect your property. This means if you are submitting this request after 12:00 (noon) and you request next available morning, your inspection will not be scheduled the following day, but the day after. If your request is submitted after 4pm, you will not be scheduled for the following day, but the day after.
