You can now easily complete and submit the following permit applications online, no paper work required.
Online permits generally take 1-3 business days to process. When your project is approved, you will receive your permit via email.
All projects are subject to inspections during the construction process and/or upon project completion.
When calling to schedule an inspection, please allow 24 hours notice.

Please note, at this time, we can only offer online permit application processes for fence, shed/accessory structure, deck, pool, sign, and storm shelter permits. All other permit processes require that you visit Nixa City Hall to submit paper application, this is largely due to the complexity of the other permit processes.

Storm Shelter Guidelines: Storm Shelters must be installed/built according to manufacturer’s instructions. Please ensure you have these instructions on-site at the time of inspection.
