This undeveloped park features 52 acres of land and is located on the northwest corner of Hwy AA and Owen Rd. The park is in the beginning phases of planning and design, and construction work is expected to begin in 2024.
The Eoff Family donated their family’s century farm land to the City of Nixa with the vision that it become a city park.

Public Hearing: Open house to discuss planning of the north parcel of the Eoff Family Century Farm Park land
Join us to provide input on the planning for the north parcel of the Eoff Family Century Farm Park. The input meeting will be held on Thursday, October 27th from 4:30 – 7:30 pm at The X Center.
