Loren Winter
Loren Winter has been a resident of Nixa since 1998. Currently the owner of Winter Brokers,
Realtors, Loren has worked in real estate development and sales for 14 years throughout the
Midwest. Just before his daughter was born, Loren choose to move to Nixa primarily because
of its fantastic schools and its easy access to Springfield. Amazed by Nixa’s quick growth, Loren decided to get involved and was soon after appointed to our Planning & Zoning Commission where he has served as Secretary for one year, Vice-Chairman for 5 years and is currently the Chairman. Through the Nixa Chamber of Commerce, Loren also served as Co-Chairman of the Nixa Economic Development Committee for one year.
