City
Administrator Brian Bingle
is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the
City and working with Board of Aldermen in planning for future needs of
the City. Brian came to the City as Planning & Development Director in 1997 and became the City Administrator in 2000. Brian received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban and Regional Planning in 1981 from Southwest Missouri State University; Associate Studies in Computer Programming at Parks College, Colorado in 1983; a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, graduating with honors in 1993 from the University of Colorado, Denver; and his American Institute of Certified Planning Certification in 1994. The majority of Brian’s professional career has been spent in the public sector, with private work devoted toward preparing feasibility studies for senior life care facilities in Colorado. He has worked as both a County and Municipal Planner. |

City Clerk Judy Long is the Official records keeper of City Records among many other responsibilities.
Judy has been with the City over 20 years and became the City Clerk on October 31, 2007, after serving in several capacities for the City, including Deputy City Clerk. |
